Ring shopping took a lot of time, Cailey is a little picky, and reasonably so, it is a ring she's going to wear for a really long time. I had originally spent forever looking at marquise rings because Cailey kept talking about them, but when I finally went through them with her she found a round one that was "literally perfect" according to her. I bought it on Valentines and it came on March 9.
For her actual proposal I'm recreating my promposal to her and making a bunch of puzzles around the house. I wanted to make these more intricate and detailed and this took forever to do and plan. It was a pain but well worth it for the amazing proposal! Here's part of a kitchen puzzle I did for her;
