One of Cailey's favorite Disney movies and just overall favorite movies of all time is the Princess and the Frog. We were watching it recently and she had been talking about how amazing beignets actually were, so we decided to make some because I had never tried it. She did most of the hard work because I struggled with the process and shaping, but I did most the frying. They turned out amazing and are so delicious, especially when fresh, they are now one of my favorite desserts I've had.
